It is time for your favorite 5K- the Rainier Run and Rally- event this year!

- Great Course: The course runs along Railroad Avenue to the trailhead, then to the Dog park, and back!
- Activities: Enjoy various fun activities throughout the event!
- Beer Garden: Relax and unwind in our beer garden after the race!
- Food trucks: Savor delicious offerings from local food trucks!

📍 Race Details
- Start/Stop Location: We will be starting and stopping at Rainier Foot and Ankle's beautiful location!
- Course Features: This is a fairly flat, easy course.
- Traffic Control: It will require a police closure of Griffin Ave, so you may lose a few seconds of time waiting for traffic control.
