Lake Community Hope 5k and Fun Run

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

• Date: August 17, 2025
• Location: Lake Community YMCA, Uniontown, OH
• Purpose: Raise money for the Lake Community Hope Scholarship Fund in memory of Melissa, Renee, Amber, and Evan.
• Highlights: New course route, increased opportunities for sponsors and vendors, and chip timing system for the 5K.

👕 T-Shirts

• Registration Deadline: Register by July 31 to secure a unisex shirt.
• Shirt Sizes: Available in Youth Small to Large and Adult Small to 3X-Large.
• No Shirt Option: "No shirt for me please. I’d like to donate the cost of my shirt to the scholarship."
• Limited Availability: Shirt sizes will be limited after July 31 with limited selection!

📦 Packet Pickup

• Early Packet Pickup: Uniontown Lions Festival - Hartville Marketplace and Flea Market, August 14-16 from 6-8pm, 1289 Edison St. NW, Hartville, OH 44632.
• Event Day Packet Pickup: Behind the Lake Community YMCA from 6:30-7:30am, 428 King Church Ave SW, Hartville, OH 44632 (by tennis courts).

• 6:30-7:30 am: Event Day Packet Pickup/Registration
• 8:00 am: Fun Run Starts
• 8:30 am: 5K Starts
• 9:10 am: Awards Ceremony

🏆 Awards

• 5K Run/Walk: Top 3 Overall Men & Women and Top 3 Men & Women in the following age groups: 1-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
• 5K Competitive Walking: Top 1 Overall Men & Women walker.
