🏃♂️ Event Overview
Join the Highland Park Recreation Department and Main Street Highland Park for our 15th annual Highland Park NJ "Run in the Park" 5k race & Kids' Races on Sunday, May 4th! Come take a run, walk, or stroll through the downtown and beautiful neighborhoods of Highland Park NJ for a great cause. Race proceeds to benefit the Highland Park Public Schools PTOs.
🗺️ Course Details
- Location: Starts on North 5th Ave by the high school.
- Route: Heads downhill towards New Brunswick for a fast first mile.
- Scenic: Winds through the historic streets of Highland Park.
- Finish line: Ends on the high school track. All participants are welcome, including strollers, wheelchairs, and walkers.
👶 Kids Races
Kids races will take place on the track after the 5k at approximately 10am.
💲 5k Registration
- Before March 18: $30 (+ RunSignUp fee)
- March 19 to April 18: $35 (+ RunSignUp fee)
- April 18 to May 3: $40 (+ RunSignUp fee)
- Race Day: $45.
$3 off for USATF members except race day registration.
5k participants will receive a t-shirt while supplies last. T-shirt size is not guaranteed for all registrants.
👦 Kids Race Pricing
- Before April 18: $12 (+ RunSignUp fee)
- From April 18: $14.
- Race Day: $16 (no additional fees).
