23rd Annual Adams Realtors Run for the Park 5K

🏃‍♂️ What better way to kick off the Summer Shade Festival than with a gorgeous run through the historic Grant Park neighborhood run!

For 22 Years the Adams Realtors Run for the Park 5K has brought together community and raised funds to support the Grant Park Conservancy

🗓️ Race Day Schedule:

• 7:00am: Race day registration & check-in begins!
• 8:00am: 5K Race START
• 8:45am: Kids Tot Trot
• 9:00am: Awards ceremony

• Bike Valet: Available on site.
• Paid Parking: Zoo parking lot/deck, Street parking nearby.

• Master M & F (40 years+): Recognition for age group winners.
• Stroller Stroll: Awards for the first Male & Female strollers.

👩‍👦 M & F Age Groups:

• 10 & under: Age category for young participants.
• 11-14: Age category for younger teens.
• 15-19: Age category for older teens.
• 20-29: Age category for young adults.
• 30-39: Age category for adults.
• 40-49: Age category for mid-life adults.
• 50-59: Age category for senior adults.
• 60-69: Age category for older seniors.
• 70 & above: Age category for elderly participants.
