Frog Island Flyer Racing and The Mall at Barnes Crossing present The 5th annual Regional Rehab 5k and Fun Walk. The In Person 5k is sponsored by Modern Woodmen of America! This year we are adding a wheelchair event (sponsored by Tupelo Smiles Family Dentistry) and a walker category (presented by The Mall at Barnes Crossing)! Once again, we are offering a virtual 5k that can be ran 4/1 thru 4/6 at any location (sponsored by Room to Room Furniture). Regardless of your pace, there's a place for you at our race. Our goal is to offer you a great experience while helping out a great organization!
This year you have the choice of participating in the following:
Packet Pickup will be available at the Food Court entrance on race day from 7:00AM until 7:45AM. Registration will also be available from 7:00AM to 7:45AM on race day. The race will be professionally timed by Best Times. Registration is $40.00 after 3/31. WE WELCOME WALKERS!
There will be a virtual race experience for those who are not able to participate in person. Separate results will be provided for virtual runners and on-site participants. You can download our RaceJoy app (see below) and your results will post on our site when you complete the 5K distance. Virtual participants not using the app will be on the honor system and manually input their time. Virtual participants will receive a shirt, print out a digital bib and finisher certificate (once their time is posted).
