Upland Hills Trail Run 2025

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

The Upland Hills School Trail Runs will take place on May 17th, 2025, beginning at 9 AM.

• Join us: Come join us for our annual 1 Miler, 5K, and 10K Trail runs through Upland Hills School Campus, Upland Hills Farm, and Bald Mountain State Recreation Area.
• All ages: All ages and fitness levels are welcome!
• New feature: NEW! Eastside Racing will be providing Timing Services and live results!
• Student involvement: Students at Upland Hills School (K-8) are actively involved in the planning and creation of the Trail Runs and will be participating.

💰 Price Increases

On April 2nd, 2025, all race registrations will increase in price. T-shirts have limited availability.

🏅 Awards and Giveaways

Each participant will receive a student-made medal and a commemorative t-shirt.

• Children's registrations: Child registrations will include two tickets for our End-of-Race Raffle.
• Adult registrations: Each adult registration will receive three tickets for our End-of-Race Raffle.
• Pick up: Bibs, T-shirts, and tickets can be picked up before the start of the races at the Registration Tables on the east side of the Picnic Shelter.

🗓️ Planning Your Run

• Arrival time: The Farm gates will open at 8:00 AM. Trail Runs start promptly at: 10K - 9:00 AM, 5K - 9:10 AM, 1 Mile - 9:20 AM.
• Facilities: Free parking, bathrooms, free snacks, and water will be available on-site.
• Medals: Each participant will receive a medal as they cross the finish line, with an opportunity to customize your medal at the end.
• Event activities: The farm is open for exploring and food when you are not running! (Until noon). The Raffle will be held at the end of the race.
• Food: Food will be available to purchase from our sponsors. (TBA)

🎉 End-Of-Race Raffle

Our community donates creative and fun items for our End-of-Race Raffle for all age groups. Please contact us if you would like to donate a raffle item.

• Raffle tickets: Each participant will receive complimentary tickets for the raffle: additional tickets available for $10 each when you register or at the Race Registration Table.
