🌟 Purpose of the Event

• Mission: Help Arizona residents build a better and brighter future while they journey life with Spina Bifida!
• Awareness: Spina Bifida is the most common permanently disabling birth condition, yet the state of Arizona does not recognize it as a developmental disability after the age of six.
• Impact: Children experience lack of care continuity and often have as many as 30 surgeries by the age of 15.
• Support: Heels 4 Wheels is raising funds to assist with programs and services to fill in the gaps in the current care model.

👟 Event Registration

• Free Entry: Children ages 5 and under in a stroller are free and no registration is required. If your children would like the race swag, then you will need to register them.
• Mail-in Registration: To register by mail please complete and return our Mail-in Registration Form. Please make checks payable to StartLine Racing.
• Virtual Registration: A virtual race can be run at any location. All virtual participants will receive a custom event finisher's medal and t-shirt.
• US Only: Virtual Registrations are restricted to US addresses only. For inquiries, contact info@startlineracing.com.

• Finisher's Medal: Custom Event Finisher's Medal for ALL participants.
• Dri-Fit Shirt: Custom Event Dri-Fit Shirt for ALL participants.
• Awards: Age Group Awards for Top Three in all Age Groups for the 5K event.
• Post-Race Refreshments: Pre- and Post-Race "Runner's Brunch" (granola bars, fruit, water, Gatorade, etc).

• April 25: 3:00 PM - Packet Pickup at TBD from 3-6pm
• April 26: 7:00 AM - Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup Opens
• April 26: 8:00 AM - 5K Begins
• April 26: 8:15 AM - 1 Mile Begins
• April 26: 9:00 AM - Awards Ceremony (approx)

🚦 Race Day Information

• Packet Pickup: Race Day packet pickup will be available beginning at 7:00am at Riparian Preserve.
• Registration Cost: 5K - $45, 1 Mile - $35 on race day.
• Accessibility: We welcome wheelchairs, strollers, wagons, and leashed pets!
• Weather Policy: This event will take place rain or shine. There are no refunds due to weather.
