🏁 The Course
USATF Certified course. Mostly on scenic, rolling well-marked paved roads. Start/finish at Nipmuc Regional (down the street from Valley Tech).
- Early bib pickup: for registered runners on Friday, April 4 at Rushford & Sons Brewhouse, 8 Grove St, Upton, MA 01568 from 4:30pm-7:00pm.
- Day of Race Registration: opens at 8:30am on 4/5/25.
- Course Support: Markers at each mile. Aid Stations. Lead & trailing vehicles.
- Facilities: Ample parking, Refreshments for runners & helpers. Commemorative Boston Tune-Up 15K Mugs to first 400 registered runners.
🏆 Awards
- Award Ceremony: Awards will take place at 12:00.
- Age Group Awards: Overall M/F and Top 3 M/F in each of 7 age groups.
- Prize Purse: $2700 USATF-NE Championship Race Prize Purse for Male/Female Open (19-39)/Masters (40+)/Veterans (50+) winners and top teams across 5 age groups. Must be USATF-NE member to qualify for $$$ awards.

❤️ Race Dedication & Proceeds
This race is dedicated in tribute and memory of Frank Nealon. Frank was a founding member of TVFR and was the Boston Tune-Up race director for 34 consecutive years. A portion of our after race expense proceeds are donated to the Jimmy Fund / Pan Mass Challenge.
📅 Event Details and Schedule
- Pre-registration: $40. (18 & under $30) Age 70+ is free.
- Post Registration: Opens at 8:30am on Saturday April 5, 2025 ($45 and 18 & Under $35).
- Race Start Time: 10am.
- Awards Time: Starts at 12pm.
