💖 Purpose of the Event
- Memorial Fund: Established in May 2016 in memory of AJ Howard, who was tragically lost in an auto accident.
- Beneficiary: Funds raised support Belton High School Marching Band (M100) to assist students with band fees.
- Impact: Donations cover equipment, uniforms, instruments, and private lessons, enabling all members to excel.
- Spirit of Generosity: AJ's legacy continues to benefit M100 students through this annual fundraising event.
🏆 Awards and Points
- Cen-Tex Race Series: The in-person 5K is part of the series: all participants earn points.
- Awards: Top overall male and female finishers, and top three finishers per age group will be recognized.
- Age Groups: 11 & U, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, and up to 70+.
