Join us for the Red Coyote Spring 2025 Newbie 5K Program on January 13, 2025, at 5720 N. Classen Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK. This training program is designed to help you get ready for the Lucky Coyote happening on March 16, 2025, but it can also prepare you for any spring 5K. All abilities are welcome!
🌟 Program Overview
- Community Focus: Sharing the training journey with friends makes every run more fun!
- Beginner-Friendly: Designed for those who have never run before or who haven't run in a while.
- Safe Training: Gradual and strategic increase in training mileage.
- Comprehensive Support: Instruction on hydration, nutrition, injury prevention, running form, and more!
📅 Program Schedule
- Kickoff Workout: Monday, January 13th at 6:00 PM at Red Coyote Classen Curve.
- Weekly Meetings: Every Monday and Wednesday evening at 6:00 PM, and Saturday mornings at 8:00 AM.
- Duration: The program runs for 9 weeks leading up to the 5K.
- Registration Deadline: January 27th for shirts and materials.

- Training Program: A 9-week program, available in-person or virtually.
- Race Entry: Entry into the Lucky Coyote 5K on March 16th.

🤔 Informational Meetings
Have questions? Attend one of our informational meetings to learn more! Meetings last approximately 30-45 minutes, or until all questions are answered. Zoom options are available for those unable to meet in person.
