The 2024 Glow and Go 5K is sold out as of Thursday, November 21 at 2:45 p.m. If you would like to be added to the Waitlist, please click HERE. Please note this does not guarantee a spot will become available. If and when a registration cancellation is made, staff will contact the next person on the Waitlist. There will be no Race Day Packet Resale or Race Day Registration.

- Price: $35 includes finisher medal and participant packet
- Shirt: Not included: available for $20 if purchased by November 8, 2024
- Availability: Very limited sizes, shirts may be available on Race Day for $20
- Note: No Race Day Registration
🔄 Refund and Transfer Policies
- Refund Policy: 100 percent of your entry fee will be refunded until November 15, 2024
- Processing: Refunds can take up to 3 weeks: email the department for requests
- Transfer Policy: Entry fees are nontransferable from year to year
- Deadline: Transfers must be completed by November 15, 2024 via Active website
🌧️ Weather Cancellations
We have a "no refund policy" in regards to weather cancellations of any kind as well as changes to the race after registration. Unforeseen changes can occur at any time no matter how finalized anything seems to be. Any changes made to the race are done after careful consideration, usually due to safety concerns that arise after the race has been planned. We do everything we can to create a better, safer, more enjoyable experience for all participants.
