The 13th Annual LifeSong Dash is a USATF-sanctioned 5K benefitting LifeSong, Inc., a Clifton Park, NY agency whose mission is to "Love, Enhance, Equip, and Inspire" the lives of adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families.

- Course: The "out and back" course begins and ends at Halfmoon Town Park and follows country roads through the community with several straightaways and challenging hills.
