🏃♂️ Event Overview
- Event: Join the Cedar City Running Club for their 2nd Annual Thanksgiving morning Turkey Trot 5k at the Don Fox Park in Lebanon, TN, 7am.
- Route: The route will consist of the main Don Fox Park loop and the Cedar City Greenway/Trail to the Train Station and back.
- Fun Run: This is a Fun Run! Meaning it is for fun, the course is not a certified 5k, and there will be no official timing.
- Refreshments: We plan to have beverages and breakfast for runners, sign up is not required, but will aid in an accurate headcount.
❤️ Supporting Local Ministry
- Partnership: This year the group is supporting a local ministry -- ALL for HIM (https://allforhimministry.org) -- with a Coat Drive and Canned Food Drive.
- Raffle: CCRC has a few gift baskets that will be raffled off to those who support the drive.
- Details: See below for specific details regarding the drives.
🧥 Coat Drive
- Need: Warm winter coats are a huge need for the unhoused community in the Nashville and Wilson County area as the weather cools.
- Sizes Needed: They are mostly in need of Mens size Large and X-Large, but will accept all men's and women's styles and sizing (no children's).
- Condition: Coats can be new or used.
🥫 Canned Food Drive
- Requested Items: 4 specific requested items:
- Canned tomatoes: Needed for donation.
- Tomato pasta sauce: Marinara sauce is also appreciated.
- Canned beans: Both pinto beans and canned great white north beans.
💰 Monetary Donations
- 100% Donation: 100% of all money given is going straight to All for Him.
- Payment Methods: Cash at Run Club, Check at Run Club (make payable to "All for Him Ministry").
- Online Donation: "Donate" here on the RunSignUp platform.
🎟️ Raffle Eligibility
- Entry: Every $5 donated = 1 entry.
- Coat Donation: Every 1 coat donated = 1 entry.
- Canned Food: Every 3 canned food items from the above list = 1 entry.
- Unlimited Entries: Unlimited entries available based on your donation.

- Date 2: Thursday, November 28th at the Turkey Trot 5k.
- Date 3: Tuesday, December 3rd at Run Club.
