📅 Day of Event Schedule
- 7:30 a.m.: Registration & Pre-Registrations Opens
- 8:30 a.m.: 5K Race Start
- 9:30 a.m.: Kids run - 100 meters
👕 Tee Shirts
- Guaranteed: Shirts are guaranteed for all pre-registered participants.
- Sold Out: Once a shirt is sold out, you will see sold out.
- Race Day: Shirts are not guaranteed on race day.
📦 Day of Registration & Packet Pick Up
- Timing: Packet pickup will take place on race day at race site from 6:30 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.

- Availability: Parking is plentiful next to the race start location.
- Location: The race starts and ends at the same location.

- Chip Timing: Race will be timed and scored with a disposable chip provided.
- Chip Location: The chip will be attached to the back of the bib.

- Medals: Medals for top overall male and female.
- Ages: Top 3 male and female age groups will receive awards.
- Categories: Age groups include 10 & under to 90+
How long is the course?
Distance: The 5K is 3.1 miles.
How will I be timed?
Electronic Timing: The race uses an electronic timing system that records race time and place via a transponder chip.
When and where do I pick up my registration materials?
Location: See above!
How will I receive my results?
Posting: Official results are posted for the top runners in each category online.
Can I use my own race chip?
No: You will be provided with a custom chip.
Who gets a T-shirt?
Pre-registration: Only pre-registered runners that successfully complete registration seven weekdays before the race are guaranteed a free race t-shirt.
What if I need help along the way?
Medical Assistance: Qualified emergency medical professionals are available to provide assistance at the start/finish lines.
Can I participate with my dog?
Yes: You can participate in the event with your dog.
Can I participate with a stroller?
Yes: Please start in the latter part of the runners.
Should I bring my own water?
Yes: Water stations will be available on the course.
Can I get my money returned?
No Refunds: We are unable to issue refunds or credits.
Will the race be held if it's raining?
Rain or Shine: The race is a "rain or shine" event.
What will be provided after the race?
Awards Ceremony: An awards ceremony will take place after the race at the start/finish location.
Can I transfer my entry to someone else?
No Transfers: We have a strict NO TRANSFER policy.
