2025 Walk & 5k for Autism Acceptance

👟 Event Overview

• Date: Saturday, April 19th, 2025
• Location: Kootenai County Fairgrounds
• Time: 9 AM to 12 PM
• Activities: 5k Walk or Run, Micro Walk, Easter Egg Hunt, Resource Fair, Raffles

🚶‍♀️ Micro Walk

• Description: A smaller walk designed for those with mobility issues.
• Rounds: Participants will just go around one time.
• Registration: FREE, helps with head count and shirt purchases.
• Shirt Costs: $20 for shirts, $35 for pre-purchased hoodies.

🏃‍♂️ 5k Walk or Run

• Distance: 3.1 miles.
• Registration Cost: $35, which includes a shirt and a medal.
• Medal and Shirt: You do NOT have to complete the 5k to receive them.
• Family Option: Not available for the 5k.

🥚 Special Needs Easter Egg Hunt

• Time: 11 AM
• Age Groups: Separate sections for various age groups.
• Description: All age groups are welcome to participate.
• Fun: A great opportunity for children with special needs to enjoy.

🎉 Resource Fair

• Purpose: Showcase what the Idaho community has to offer.
• Networking: A chance to connect with local resources.
• Informative: Great for learning about available support.
• Engagement: Participate and engage with community members.

🎟️ Raffle

• Grand Prize: iPad raffle with 2 iPads to win.
• Ticket Cost: $5 each for the iPad raffle.
• Additional Raffle: $1 for 1 ticket, $5 for 6 tickets, $20 for an arms-length/wingspan.
• Support: Items generously donated by community members and businesses.
