ANC Critter Crawl 5k and Yeti Dash

🐾 Race Overview

The Alabama Nature Center (ANC) will host the Critter Crawl 5K and Yeti Dash on February 15th, 2025! This 5K trail run is like no other! The Critter Crawl is a TRAIL RUN benefiting the ANC education programs that takes runners through a portion of the ANC's 5 mile trail system.

🏃‍♂️ Yeti Dash Details

Costumes Required: Nature/critter costumes are mandatory for any guests who wish to participate in the Yeti Dash.
Medals: One medal will be awarded to the first place finisher in each age group category.
Challenge: This is an all-out race to beat the Yeti, can you survive?
Registration Deadline: Shirts are guaranteed for participants registering before January 31, 2025. Extras will be ordered but run out fast.

Critter Crawl 5k: Day of fee: $30
Yeti Dash: Day of fee: $25

🌿 Additional Information

There will be music, food, and vendors! Be sure to hang around after the race for a door prize giveaway and trophy ceremony! We will have music and food for everyone, and lots of room for kids to play. Make sure to wear warm athletic clothes since it will likely be cold.

🚫 No Pets Policy

The Alabama Nature Center has a NO pet policy at this time. We ask that you leave your pets at home for this race. This excludes service aid dogs.
