• Event Name: 3rd Annual Woodland Creek Memorial Day 5K

• Proceeds: All proceeds will go to River Region Trails.

• Participants: Open to participants of all ages and fitness levels.
• Activity: A fun-filled day for the entire family.
• Raffle: Raffle goodies post-event (entry included with registration).
• Food & Drinks: Local vendors including Quickly Boba and Pike Road Coffee.

🏅 Awards and Registration

• Medals: Handmade from the Woodland Creek woods, awarded in 5-year age brackets.
• Registration: Register by April 20th for a guaranteed t-shirt.
• Online Registration: Open until 8PM on 5/26, in-person registration available at packet pickup.
• Cost: $20 until April 20th, $30 until May 23rd, $35 on Race Day: kids 4 & under are FREE.

🕗 Event Schedule

• Start Time: 8 AM at the Lodge.
• Awards Ceremony: Starts at 9 AM, followed by the raffle.
• Packet Pickup: May 24th, 10AM-12PM: May 25th, 2PM-4PM: and Race Day from 6AM.
• Cut-off Time: One hour from the start.

🚗 Parking Information

• No Parking: No parking in the Lodge parking lot.
• Alternative Parking: Available along Lodge Drive and Crescent Lodge Drive.
• Access: EMS and police presence to direct traffic at the entrance.
• Course: Same as last year, clock-wise from the Lodge, well-marked course.

📸 Event Highlights

• Photography: A professional photographer will capture moments throughout the event.
• Backdrops: A "step and repeat" backdrop for photo ops.
• Kids Activities: Bounce house available for kids (provided by Pike Road Inflatables).
