The Redding Breakfast Lions Turtle Bay Run 2025 will take place on October 5, 2025, at 844 Sundial Bridge Drive, Redding, CA.
🌉 Race Courses
- Half Marathon: Runners will run along the Sacramento River, crossing three bridges: The Sundial Bridge, The Ribbon Bridge, The Diestel Horst Bridge.
- 10K: Similar route along the Sacramento River, just less distance.
- 2 Mile Run/Walk: Designed for younger and older participants preferring shorter distances.
- Family Friendly: Multiple distances make this event suitable for all ages.
✅ Certified Distances
- Certification: The half marathon and 10K have been certified by the American Track and Field Association.
- Reason to Join: A certified distance provides an additional incentive for those seeking accurate measurements.
⏱️ Timing and Tracking
- Electronic Timing: Individual tracking through race bibs was added a couple of years ago and will continue this year.
- Enhanced Experience: Participants appreciated the electronic timing, leading to its return.
🏆 Age Divisions and Awards
- Age Division Winners: Reintroducing winners in 5-year increments starting at "under 15 years of age."
- Additional Divisions: For the two-mile run, three extra divisions will be included starting at 5 years and under.
