🏃♂️ Beach Dash Race Overview
It's time for our Beach Dash 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon fun run/walk!!!
🕗 Check-in and Start Times
- Check-in: 7-7:30AM for everyone
- Start: 7:30AM
- Half Marathon Cut-off: 10:45AM, option to start early

📍 Event Address
Check in at the tables closest to 54th Place, at the start of the beach path. NOT near Claremont Ave. Long Beach path in Belmont Shores -- 5400 E. Ocean Blvd. Long Beach, CA 90803 (off of 54th Place and Ocean Blvd.). Do not use Apple Maps app as a GPS, use the Google Maps or Waze app. There is a photo of the map on the website -- www.abetterworldrunning.com
🚗 Parking and Facilities
- Carpooling: Please plan on carpooling and getting there early
- Parking: Arrive early to find parking
- Restrooms: Bring toilet paper just in case
- Beach Restrooms: Not always fully stocked early in the morning
🏅 Results and Goodies
- Results: Posted with names and times after the event
- Free Pictures: Available on our Facebook page after the event
- Finishers: All finishers get a medal
- Goodie Bags: Everyone will receive a goodie bag
🏁 Race Course Details
- 5k: Out and back route here
- 10k: 2 x 5k loops
- 15k: 3 x 5k loops
- Half Marathon: 3 x 4.36 mi loop here
📋 Participant Guidelines
- Dogs: Participants are not allowed to run with dogs
- Strollers: Running/walking with a stroller is allowed
- Half Marathon Time Limit: 3:15
- Need More Time: Email abetterworldrunning@gmail.com for an early start
