🏞️ Come Run the Trail with Us!

Join the Blackwater Heritage Trail crew at our 2nd Annual Blackwater Heritage Trailblazer Fun Run on February 15, 2025! This is a beautiful tree-lined, well-maintained paved trail and the perfect path for a Saturday morning run with family and friends!

This fun run event on the Blackwater Heritage Trail is open to all ages, running or walking abilities, strollers, and leashed dogs. Unique awards, prizes, and fun for the whole family!

🎉 Bringing Back for the 2nd Year:

• Distance: 2.6 miles fun run/walk
• Time: Starts at 9am
• Awards: No Age Group Awards, fun prizes and door prizes for all participants
• Competition: Honor the 26th year of the Blackwater Heritage Trail

🏃 New This Year:

• Race Start: 13km race starts at 8:15am
• Route: Scenic trail, 4ish miles out and back
• Awards: Overall and Age group awards available
• Get Your Race On: Ready to compete!

💲 Registration/Pricing:

• Pricing: $52 for the 13k race, $26 for the 2.6 mile fun run/walk
• Deadline: Prices valid thru February 12, 2025
• Late Registration: Available at packet pickup, $60 (13k) and $30 (fun run)
• Race Day: No 13k registration, fun run/walk only

📦 Packet Pickup/Late Registration:

• Friday: 2/14/2025 at Truly Spokin Bicycle Shop, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
• Saturday: 2/15/2025 at Blackwater Heritage Trail Visitor Center, 7:00 am - 8:00 am
• Availability: Late registration for fun run/walk and packet pickup for both distances

🏅 13km Race Awards:

• Overall Awards: Top Male and Female Overall
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 Male and Female in multiple age categories
• Para-athlete Awards: Top 3 Para-athletes
• Walker Awards: Top 3 male and female walkers

🎊 Other Race Day Information:

• After-party: Fun after-party at local brewery!
• Family Friendly: Bring the whole family!
• Expo: Fun expo with local vendors!
• Swag: Guaranteed for participants who register by 1/25/25!
