- Beneficiary: The race beneficiary is Escambia County Public Schools & Santa Rosa County Education Foundations.
- Traffic: Course will open to traffic one hour after the start of the race.
- Timing: Timing for this event is provided by Good Time Event Services.
- Awards: Awards are given for top male/female/hand cyclist or wheelchair user overall finishers and top three male/female user in each age group.

- Water: Water is provided during and after the race.
- Refreshments: Food and refreshments are available at the post-race gathering.

💰 Race Category & Pricing
- Adult (General Public): $18 through March 23
- Adult Pricing: $23 March 24 - April 5
- Race Day: $25 Race Day - April 6
- NFCU Employee/Active Duty/Retired Military: $15 through March 23
👶 Youth and Group Rates
- Youth (5-13): $15 flat fee
- Children: Children 4 and under are free!
- Group Rate: $15 per person through March 23 (minimum of 10)
- Group Rate (March 24 - April 5): $20 per person
🚫 Important Notes
- All registrations are final. No refunds will be issued.
- Race Day: $25 for all race categories (excluding Youth) $15 for Youth (5-13).
