Turkey Stampede presented by US Business Systems

🦃 Event Details

• Date: Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 28 at 8:30 am
• Location: Elkhart Health & Aquatics Center, 200 East Jackson, Elkhart IN.
• Schedule: 10K starts at 8:30 am, 5K at 8:35 am, Mile Walk at 8:38 am.
• Arrival: Please arrive before 8:00 AM on race day.

🏃‍♂️ Pricing and Registration

• Entry Fee: Timed race entry for 10K and 5K (Mile Walk is untimed).
• Finisher Medals: Available for all who want them.
• Post-Race Refreshments: Enjoy refreshments after your race!
• Custom Shirts: Optional for an additional $15.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Group Registration

• Love for Groups: If you have a group of 3 or more, register everyone at once.
• Packet Pickup: One person can collect all bibs/shirts for the group.
• Deadline: Register by Friday, November 22, 2024.
• Group Name: You must give your group a name to register together.

📬 Virtual Option

If you will be out of town but still want to support the Faith Mission, we will mail your bib, finisher medal, and shirt (optional). Items will be mailed on Monday, November 25 prior to Thanksgiving Day.

📅 Registration and Packet Pickup

• Online Registration: Available until race start.
• Onsite Payment: Cash or check accepted onsite.
• Packet Pickup: Tuesday, November 26 (4:00 pm - 6:00 pm) at Fleet Feet Mishawaka.
• More Location: Wednesday, November 27 (Noon - 6 pm) at Elkhart Health & Aquatics Center.

🕒 Race Day Schedule

• 6:30 am - 8:00 am: Registration/Packet Pickup
• 8:15 am: Gather in corral area
• 8:20 am: Welcome and Prayer
• 8:30 am: 10K starts only

🏆 Awards and Results

• Finisher Medal: Every participant will get one.
• Turkey Awards: For top three overall in 5K and 10K.
• Results: Available immediately online and on the Monster Message Jumbotron.
• Cash Award: $25 to the first male and female to catch the “Turkey” (human dressed up as a turkey).

🚗 Parking Information

Parking will be in the adjacent lots around Beacon Health & Aquatics, including lots by various businesses close to the race start.

• Streamlined Registration: Group Registration available.
• Online Registration: Open until 8:00 am on race day.
• Shirt Sales: Cash/check only, $15 for 2024 shirts and $5 for 2023 shirts on race day.
