- Event Name: 5th Annual Virtual or In-Person 3k Walk/5k Run/10k Bike Ride

- Purpose: Proceeds support the Crescent Foundation scholarship fund for college scholarships
🔗 How to Participate
- Registration: Register for the event via runsignup.com. Donations are also welcome.
- Schedule: Walk, run, or ride any day or time between January 5th, 2025, and January 11th, 2025. You may break the run up into different days or times if you choose.
- Tracking: (optional) Download the Nike Run Club app from Google Play Store or Apple Store to accurately track your time and distance or use your favorite run tracking app.
- Share: Upon completion of your 5K Run/Walk, post a picture of your completion time and a picture of yourself running or working out. Use the hashtags: #SigmaWellness5k #PBSFoundersDay5k #TrainingforFoundersday5k #Fiveforthefounders #Crescent Foundation
