- Background: The Code Blue program started in Bridgeton, NJ, to help homeless individuals find shelter during cold winter months.
- Code Blue Criteria: Initiated when temperatures are 32 degrees with precipitation or 25 degrees without.
- Shelter Information: Warming Centers are hosted by churches from 6 PM to 6 AM on a rotating basis.
