🏃‍♂️ Miles for Mental Health 5K Run and Walk

Location: Cynwyd Heritage Trail and Bala Cynwyd Park, Bala Cynwyd, PA

💙 Purpose of the Event

• Support: Please come out and join us to support direct therapy services for veterans, active military, and their families and to create hope in the world.
• Proceeds: All proceeds will support Operation Home and Healing, a program of Council for Relationships.
• Counseling: The program provides counseling for active-duty service members, members of the National Guard and Reserves, and veterans of all eras.
• Additional Support: The race will also benefit veteran programs supported by the Rotary Club of Ardmore.

👕 Race T-Shirts

• Registration Cut-off: Everyone who registered by April 14th are guaranteed an exclusive, limited edition tie-dye shirt.
• Designer: The shirt is designed by Philadelphia mixed media artist, Amberella.
• Availability: After April 15th, shirts are first come, first serve on the day of the event.

🏆 Prizes

Prizes are sponsored by Philadelphia Runner for the top 3 male, female, and nonbinary runners:

• First Place: $100 gift card
• Second Place: $75 gift card
• Third Place: $50 gift card

We will also acknowledge top 3 for M/F/NB in the following age categories:

• 70+
