🏃♂️ Event Overview
The Bearathon is a challenging half-marathon that has earned itself the nickname as “The Toughest Half in Texas.” The Bearathon serves as one of Student Foundation's fundraising efforts each spring to raise money for student scholarships. The race is open to the public and had nearly 2,000 registered runners from across the state of Texas and around the country. Each year, the race proceeds benefit Student Foundation Scholarships for deserving Baylor students.
🌟 Course Features
- Scenic Route: The course includes a tour of campus with a run through Fountain Mall.
- River Front: Enjoy a nice straight run along the Brazos River.
- Hill Challenge: Experience the hills of Cameron Park.
- Finish Line: The race will conclude at McLane Stadium.
🏅 6K Run Details
The 6K run starts and ends at the same location as the Bearathon and will take runners on a scenic tour of Baylor University's campus.
