🏃♂️17th Annual Greely Hockey Thanksgiving Day 5K Road Race
Proceeds of this race benefit the Greely Hockey Boosters - a non-profit organization that supports, encourages, and advances the girls’ and boys’ ice hockey programs of MSAD #51.
🗺️Course Details
- Distance: 5K (3.1 miles)
- Terrain: Flat, residential, USATF certified course
- Location: Begins on Main Street in Cumberland, Maine in front of Greely High School
- Finish Line: Greely track
🏆Awards
- Overall Winners: Both male and female categories
- Age Group Awards: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
- Prize: Freshly-baked pie of choice from Toots in North Yarmouth for winners
- T-Shirts: First 150 registrants receive a t-shirt
👶Registration Information
- Free for Children: Age 8 and under can run at no cost
- Timed Registration: Required for children wanting timing and a t-shirt
- Restrictions: No dogs, bikes, or rollerblades: strollers are allowed
- Online Registration: Open until 7:45am on race day
📅Pre-Registration and Fees
- Bib Pickup: Available on November 21st from 3:30-7pm at Greely High School cafeteria
- Check-in: Required for late registrants on race day between 7-7:45am
- Price Increase: Race day prices $25 for students, $30 for adults
- Registration Requirement: All runners must register online: no on-site registration
