🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

RICHLAND RUNFEST 2025 is presented by 3 Rivers Road Runners (3RRR)

📏 Distances

• Half Marathon, 10K and 5K: both in-person and virtual options.
• Medals: There will be a medal for each race, and they fit together to form one big medal if you complete all 3!
• Registration Flexibility: You can register for one in-person option and complete other distances virtually or all 3 races virtually to earn all three medals.
• Discount: Complete all 3 races and you get 3 medals, with 2 weeks to finish the virtual options PRIOR to the in-person race date for a discount.

📅 Race Dates

• In-Person Race: Saturday, February 22, 2025
• Virtual Race Window: Friday, February 7, 2024 to Friday, February 21, 2024 at 11:59 PM.

⏰ Start Times

• Half Marathon: Starts at 8:30 AM
• 10K and 5K: Start at 8:45 AM
• Race Course Closure: All race courses close at 12:30 PM.

📝 Registration Details

• Registration Ends: When races fill up. For virtual races, it ends on February 6, at 8 PM.
• Entry Fees Include: Finisher medal, lightweight hoodie pullover shirt (for the half marathon), finish line treats, and more!
• Shirt Cut-off: 2/2/2025 for guaranteed shirts.
• Packet Pickup: All runners need to pick up their race packets, with shipping optional for virtual runners.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Date: Friday, February 21, 2025 from 3-6 PM.
• Location: The Lodge at Columbia Point, 530 Columbia Point Drive, Richland, WA 99352
• Race Day Pickup: From 7:30-8:15 AM ONLY for out-of-town participants.
• Virtual Runners: Must pick up goodies at Packet Pickup or choose mailing option at registration.

🎖️ Awards

• In-Person Races Only: Virtual does not have awards, only finisher medals.
• Awards Table: Located at the race finish line: no awards will be mailed later.
• Top Finishers: Awards for overall top three male and female finishers in each distance.
• Age Group Awards: 14 and under through 80 and up.

🤝 Volunteering

• Get Involved: Please encourage friends or family to volunteer: it enhances the race experience.

💖 Our Charities

• Grace Kitchen: Offers hope and job skills to women survivors of trafficking, addiction, and poverty.
• Atlas Freedom: Empowers rescue and prevention efforts for those in sexual slavery.
• Donations: $5 from each race entry is donated, with options for additional contributions.
• Sponsorship: Organizations interested in sponsoring can contact the race director.
