RICHLAND RUNFEST 2025 is presented by 3 Rivers Road Runners (3RRR)

🏅 Distances

• Half Marathon, 10K and 5K: both in person and virtual options
• Medals: There will be a medal for each race (and they will fit together to make one big medal if you do all 3!!!)
• Registration Flexibility: You can register for one in person option and then the other distances virtually or all 3 races virtually to obtain all three medals that will fit together to make one cool medal.
• Virtual Completion Time: You have 2 weeks to complete the virtual options PRIOR to the in person race date and you get a discount.

📅 Dates

• In Person Race: Saturday, February 22, 2025
• Virtual Race Window: Friday February 7, 2024 to Friday, February 21 2024 at 11:59 pm.

⏰ Times

• Half Marathon: will start at 8:30am
• 10K and 5K: will start at 8:45am
• Coursed Closure: ALL race courses close at 12:30 PM.

• Location: Richland, WA
• Start and Finish: at Columbia Point Marina Park
• GPS Directions: Use the address of 660 Columbia Point Drive, Richland WA 99354 for GPS directions.

• Running Group: We have a running group and training plan (both beginner and intermediate/advanced) for ALL distances.

📝 Registration

• Registration Deadlines: Online registration ends WHEN THE RACES FILL UP, FOR VIRTUAL RACES on Wednesday, February 6, at 8 PM.
• Entry Fees Include: finisher medal, lightweight hoodie pullover shirt (for the half marathon only), finish line treats, a surprise gift.
• Shirt Availability: Shirts will be available until the cutoff of 2/2/2024.
• Charity Contributions: For every participant, $2.50 will be donated to a local charity.

🎟️ Packet Pickup

• Date: Packet Pickup will be on Friday February 21, 2024 from 4-6 pm.
• Location: The Lodge at Columbia Point, 530 Columbia Point Drive, Richland, WA 99352.
• Race Day Pickup: Packet Pickup will be on race morning from 7:30-8:15am ONLY for those coming from out of town.
• Virtual Packet Option: If you are only doing virtual and want your goodies mailed, pick the shipping option.

🏆 The In Person Race Setup

• Timing: Will be by chip with mats for timing at the start and finish.
• Unique Medals: Every Finisher will receive a finisher medal that fits with all 3 race medals.
• Course Aid Stations: There will be two aid stations on the course.
• Course Level: The course will not be flat and will be similar to last year.

🏃‍♂️ Running Group and Training Plan

• Training Plans: Jen Comfort is writing our training plans for all distances.
• Running Group Meetings: Saturdays at 6:45am at Wake Up Call Coffee.
• Experienced Runners: Encouraged to attend and help mentor.
• Facebook Information: Training plans posted on our website and Facebook page.

🏅 Awards

• In Person Races Only: Awards for top three male and female finishers in each distance.
• Age Group Awards: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, etc.

📊 Race Results

• Results Posting: All race results are posted at nsplit.com.

🤝 Volunteering

• Volunteer Support: Consider having friends or family volunteer for the race.
• Contact for Volunteering: Interested individuals should contact Amanda Lang at richlandrunfest@gmail.com.

❤️ Our Charities

• Grace Kitchen: A nonprofit offering hope to survivors of trafficking and homelessness.
• Atlas Freedom: Empowers rescue and restoration from sexual slavery.
• Donation Information: For every race entry, $5 will be donated to these charities.
