🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Rockin' Against Multiple Sclerosis (RAMS) is a philanthropic organization dedicated to raising money and awareness for people with Multiple Sclerosis. RAMS is based on the University of Missouri- Columbia campus. While based in Columbia, RAMS aids 60 counties in Missouri. One hundred percent of our proceeds go to the MS Institute here in Columbia to provide supplies and equipment that help MS clients and their families lead a better life.

🏅 Participation

Let's Run Against MS! Our RAMS 5k will have all types of skill levels running or walking this event. Our main goal is for you to have a fun workout while knowing that you are changing people's lives with each step.

• Shirts: Guaranteed if registered by February 12th.
• Weather: Be prepared for snow, rain, and cold.
• Forecast: It's Missouri, so temperatures could be in the 80's!
