Run for Rare 2025

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Join us for a 5k fundraiser to support undergraduate research in rare diseases in the Columbia community! Our goal is to provide a fully funded undergraduate research internship at Mizzou this summer! All profits will support Care for Rare Mizzou.

👟 Who Can Join?

• Welcoming Participants: Runners, walkers, stroller pushers, and cheerleaders of all skill levels are encouraged to participate.
• Registration Perks: Registration includes a race t-shirt (guaranteed with early registration, then while supplies last), professional chip timing with race bib, and light refreshments following the race.

🕒 Schedule of Events

• Check in & Packet Pick-Up: 7:30 AM
• Race Line-Up: 8:45 AM
• Race Start: 9:00 AM
• Event Close: 12:00 PM

💰 Registration Information

Early Registration (Before April 1st)

• Adults: $25
• Children (12 and under*): $15
• Free Entry: 5 and under run free! (no registration needed)

Regular Registration (April 1st-19th*)

• Adults: $30
• Children: $20
• Day of Registration: Available, t-shirt not guaranteed
