The Sixth Avenue Community Development Corporation exists to ensure children have access to high quality out of school programming despite their zip codes. The Inaugural Steps for Summer Family 5K Walk/Run is a fundraiser benefitting our summer camp and out of school programs. Summer is for making memories, exposure to new challenges, and fun with friends. With your support, we eliminate financial barriers to camp and give children access to wholesome meals and snacks, physical activity, friendships, and experiences that help shape their interests in arts, sports, academics, and potential careers!

- Event kicks off: Steps for Summer Family 5K Walk/Run festivities kick off on the campus of Sixth Avenue Baptist Church with music and fun for everyone.
- Family Friendly: Grab a friend or the whole family and let's get stepping to give the gift of summer camp!

- Cost: Registration is $30 (plus credit card processing fee) and includes a short sleeve t-shirt and race bib.
- Shirt sizes: Available shirt sizes: YXS - YXL, Adult S - 3X.
- Group registration: Family/group registration available!
- Deadline: Register by November 15th to guarantee preferred shirt size.
