This is the fifth annual "Run For Her Life" virtual/in-person 5K and Half-Marathon!

🌍 About The Cause

• Organization: The Phoenix Phase Initiative is an Iowa-based non-profit dedicated to helping women who have been sexually trafficked around the world.
• Mission: These women are rarely given a chance to escape and, when they do get the chance, they RUN for it!
• Support: The Phoenix Phase Initiative provides a place to run to where they can be accepted, receive counseling, and learn job skills.

🎶 Event Details

• Date: 2025-05-17
• Location: 403 W 4th St N, Newton, IA
• Live Music: The in-person race will have live music!
• Refreshments: Enjoy a FREE beer from Murph and Mary’s (or craft soda) and a food truck.

👕 Registration Information

• Shirt and Bag: To be guaranteed a shirt and bag, PLEASE sign up by April 29, 2025.
• Late Registration: Runners/walkers who sign up after April 29, 2025 WILL receive a shirt, medal, and bag, but they will likely NOT be available the day before or the day of the race.
• Distribution: Items will be made after May 17 and distributed as soon as possible.

🚦 Course Details

This will be an open course, but there will be police presence and volunteers directing traffic at the major intersections. Please follow all traffic laws!
