This is the fifth annual "Run For Her Life" virtual/in-person 5K and Half-Marathon!

🌍 About The Phoenix Phase Initiative

Mission: The Phoenix Phase Initiative is an Iowa-based non-profit dedicated to helping women who have been sexually trafficked around the world.
Support: These women are rarely given a chance to escape and, when they do get the chance, they RUN for it!
Resources: The Phoenix Phase Initiative provides a place for these women to run to, where they can be accepted, receive counseling, and learn job skills.

🎶 Race Day Festivities

Entertainment: The in-person race will have LIVE MUSIC.
Refreshments: Enjoy a FREE beer from Murph and Mary's (or craft soda).
Food: There will be a food truck on site.
Registration: To be guaranteed a shirt and bag, PLEASE sign up by April 29, 2025.

📅 Important Dates

Registration Deadline: Please sign up by April 29, 2025, to be guaranteed items.
Post Deadline Registration: Runners/walkers who sign up after April 29, 2025 WILL receive a shirt, medal, and bag, but they may not be available on the race day.
Distribution: Items will be made after May 17 and distributed as soon as possible.

🚦 Course Information

This will be an open course, but there will be police presence and volunteers directing traffic at the major intersections. Please follow all traffic laws!
