This is the fifth annual "Run For Her Life" virtual/in-person 5K and Half-Marathon!

🌟 About the Phoenix Phase Initiative

• Mission: The Phoenix Phase Initiative is an Iowa-based non-profit dedicated to helping women who have been sexually trafficked around the world.
• Support: These women are rarely given a chance to escape and, when they do get the chance, they RUN for it!
• Services: The Phoenix Phase Initiative is there so they have a place to run to where they can be accepted, receive counseling, and learn job skills.

• Live Entertainment: The in-person race will feature LIVE MUSIC.
• Refreshments: Enjoy a FREE beer from Murph and Mary's (or craft soda).
• Food Options: A food truck will be available at the event.

⏰ Registration Information

To be guaranteed a shirt and bag, PLEASE sign up by May 13, 2025.

• Late Registration: Runners/walkers who sign up after May 13, 2025 WILL receive a shirt, medal, and bag.
• Availability: Items may not be available the day before or the day of the race.
• Distribution: Items will be made after May 31 and distributed as soon as possible.

🚦 Course Safety

This will be an open course, but there will be police presence and volunteers directing traffic at the major intersections. Please follow all traffic laws!
