🎃 Monster Dash 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run

Join Mind & Muscle of Wellington, October 26th for the first annual: Monster Dash 5k and 1 Mile walk to support Friendship APL. Race begins in front of the Wellington town hall park (Hawk Park) and will run through the beautiful neighborhoods of the historic village. Wear your best costume and race for a good cause! Well-behaved dogs are permitted. 5K participants will receive a custom T-shirt and finisher medal. 5K will receive Pint Glass awards for the top three female and male finishers in each bracket. 1-mile fun runners will receive a sweet treat (no shirt or medal)! After the race get some great information from Friendship APL and related entities and check out some of the local restaurants and stores!

🕖 Raceday Timeline

• 7:00am: On-site registration opens
• 8:45am: 1 mile fun run starts
• 9:00am: 5K Starts

🏅 Runner Perks

• 5K participants: will receive a finisher medal and a short sleeve T-shirt
• Chip timed race:
• Top 3 finishers: in age groups will receive a unique Pint Glass
• 1-mile fun runners: will receive a sweet treat
