Make the miles matter while honoring our Nation’s Heroes by joining Boy Scout Troop 444 for a Veterans Salute 5K Run/Walk.
🎯 Event Goals
The goal of this event is to highlight our commitment to our community and give thanks to our Veterans. With your participation in our first and hopefully yearly event we plan to donate a large portion of the proceeds to It’s About the Warrior Foundation.
💪 Foundation Mission
The mission of It’s About the Warrior Foundation is to assist and empower ALL post 9/11 veterans and their families from the Tri-State Area, regardless of if you have been wounded or have been deployed, with our various programs thus, leading them to a successful and enriched life.
🤝 Support for Boy Scout Troop
In addition, we hope to raise money in support of our Boy Scout Troop Programs.
📝 Registration Information
- Early Bird Registration: Closes October 10th is $25 (Registration includes t-shirt and race bib).
- Standard Registration: All Registrations from October 11th till November 8th is $35 (includes race bib and t-shirt upon availability).
- Race Day Registration: Registration for ALL participants is $40 (Includes race bib and t-shirt upon availability).
🏃♂️ Race Day Details
Registration and packet pickup begins at 8:30 am, race to begin at 10 am. Vendors, live music, Mean Bean Coffee Truck, selfie station and raffle baskets sponsored by Big Knob Grange.
🥇 Awards
Medals for First place in age divisions as well as Armed Forces Divisions.
