Kia Georgia, The Power of Wellness (POW) Committee, and Anthem BCBS are sponsoring the sixth annual Kia’s Spring into Wellness 5K, 1 mile walk/run, and Tot Trot on March 1, 2025 on the beautiful shores of West Point Lake.

• Date: March 1, 2025
• Start Time: 8:00 AM
• Location: Pyne Road Park, LaGrange, GA
• Awards Ceremony: Concludes the event to recognize our runners and walkers.

• Encouragement: Designed to encourage Kia Georgia Team Members, their families and friends, Suppliers, Wellness Partners, and the general public.
• Focus on Wellness: Promotes better living and reaching individual wellness goals.
• Community Spirit: Aims to build a community that supports each other.
• Family-Friendly: Encourages everyone to come out, bringing families for a run or walk of all ages.

🚪 Important Reminders

• Park Gates: Will CLOSE promptly at 8:45 AM.
• Road Usage: The road will be used for the 5K course, and no cars will be permitted during the race.
• Arrive Early: Please make arrangements to arrive early to avoid delays.
