🏃♂️ Race Overview
Heath Golf & Yacht Club is putting on our second annual fun run on Thanksgiving morning. Last year we were able to donate $3000.00 to Linda Lyons Elementary School. However, we have a new beneficiary this year, Helping Hands of Rockwall County. All race proceeds will go to this organization who help families going through difficult times. 👦 Race Schedule
- Kids 1K Start Time: 8:00 AM
- 5K Start Time: 8:15 AM
- Kids 1K Course: Out and back from the Clubhouse
- 5K Course: Circle a loop going east on Governor's Drive, north on Trophy and west back to Clubhouse on Governor's Drive.
- Kids 1K Medals: Each kid will receive a medal after finishing the 1K.
- 5K Awards: Overall female and male awards, plus age group awards: 1-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60-99.
- Award Prizes: First place will receive gold, second silver, and third bronze colored golf balls.
- Results Posting: Results will be posted at the race site and on RunSignUp.
👕 Participant Perks
- T-shirt: Each registrant will receive a fun T-shirt to commemorate their efforts and helping give back to others on Thanksgiving morning.
- Packet Pickup: Wednesday, November 27th at the clubhouse from 4:00-7:00 PM.
- Race Day Pickup: Available on race day morning from 7:00-7:50 AM.
