North Salem Old Fashion Days 5k Run/Walk & 10k Run

🏃‍♂️Race Overview

• Date: Held on Labor Day, September 1st.
• Registration: Opens from 6:30 - 7:30 AM.
• Start Time: The race starts at 8 AM sharp.
• Arrival: Allow enough time for your drive to North Salem, find a parking spot, and get to registration by 7 AM.

📍Course Details

• Starting Point: The race starts in Downtown North Salem at the corner of Broadway and Pearl Streets.
• Course Type: The course is out-and-back on lightly traveled country roads with some moderate to difficult hills.
• Markers & Stations: The course has mile markers and water stations located at the 5k turn around as well as the 10k turn around.
• Awards: Awards given to overall male & female winners in 10K Run, 5K Run, and 5K Walk, as well as age group winners in the 10K Run and 5K Run (no age groups in walk).

🎟️Race Day Information

• Packet Pickup: There is no pre-race packet pickup: pre-registered packets picked up race day only.
• Meal: Free breakfast to all registered runners/walkers with valid meal ticket.
• Activities: Lots of other activities for friends and family!

• Beneficiaries: Net proceeds benefit various community projects, food pantry, school programs, & the Eel River Twp Volunteer Fire Dept.
