- Facilities: Bathroom facilities are available.

- 10:00 a.m.: Race starts at 10:00 a.m.
🏆 Awards
- Chip-Timed: The race will be chip-timed.
- Overall Winner: The overall winner of the 8 mile race will receive a 200.00 cash purse.
- Top Finishers: The top male and female receive special awards.
- Age Group Finishers: The top men's and women's age group finishers receive special Christmas ornaments.

- Categories: 9 & under • 10-13 • 14-17 • 18-29 • 30-39 • 40-49 • 50-59 • 60-69 • 70+
🥇 Awards Ceremony
- Follow-Up: Awards ceremony will follow the race finish.
🥤 Food and Beverages
- Water Stop: There will be one water stop on the course at the usual corner.
- Finish Line: Water will be available at the finish line.
