The Good Soul 5k's purpose is not only to promote the exponential benefits of running and friendship, but to promote ALL things good for health.

🌟 Mission

• Connect: Our mission is to connect with as many kids and adults as we can to finally send home the message that being healthy and happy go hand in hand.
• Free Workouts: By offering free workouts on all of my social media platforms, and free pop-up workouts in our community.
• Healthier Lives: It is my hope that everyone will be healthier and happier than ever before.
• Positive Message: Let our message be that health is happiness. Doing something good is being someone good.
