🌟 Save the Daylight 5K

This course will be on hard packed gravel roads and will have shaded areas throughout the race. The course will be on a certified 5K course.

• Race Start Time: 5K (run/walk) 8:00am
• 5K Awards: Awards will be given in the following categories. (Must be present to receive award, no mailing of awards)
• Overall: Male and Female 1st, 2nd, 3rd (5k)
• Age Division Structure: 0 to 9 | 10 to 19 | 20 to 29 | 30 to 39 | 40 to 49 | 50 to 59 | 60 to 69 | 70 Plus

Parking: Parking will be at Ann and Chuck Dever Regional Park near the pavilion and pond.

Packet Pick-Up/Late Registrations:
Saturday, March 8th, 6:00am-7:40am
Pavilion in back of regional park near trail head

• Race Distance: 7-12 Miles
• Categories: Solo, Two Person, Three Person and Four Person Teams
• Description: Teams of 1-4 will travel across land, water and marsh in Charlotte County, FL covering approximately 7-12 miles in four hours. Racers will use pre-plotted Caltopo maps to navigate to check points while paddling and running/trekking through the course.
• Boats: Boats will be included in your registration cost, you are permitted to bring your own boat to this race if you would like.

Check-In Date:
Saturday March 8th, 2024 8:30am at Ann & Chuck Dever Regional Park, 6791 San Casa Drive, Englewood, FL 34224. Maps will be handed out at check in starting at 8:30am.

• Disciplines: Trekking/Trail Running and Kayaking/Canoeing (No Biking in this race)
