- Event Details: Walkathon to educate about beach safety, with scenic 5K & 10K runs
- Arunay Foundation: Committed to reducing beach accidents through awareness
- Event Goal: Equip beaches with "Life Rings" for safety
🗓 Schedule of Events
- 08:30 AM - 9:30 AM: Check-in and Bib & T-shirt pickup
- 09:05 AM - 9:30 AM: Welcome Speeches
- 09:30 AM: Ribbon Cutting, Race Starts
- 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM: Walkathon finisher’s acknowledgment and medal distribution
🚗 Getting There
- I-880 Route: Decoto Road east to Paseo Padre Parkway to Isherwood Way
- Mission Blvd Route: Nursery Ave to Niles Blvd to Osprey Drive to Quarry Lakes Drive
- Parking Details: $5 parking fee, multiple lots available

🚗 Parking
- Parking Availability: Plenty of parking slots on-site
- Parking Fee: $5 per vehicle
- Registration Location: Near Ensenada South Picnic Area
- Alternate Parking: Available near Niles Beach if primary lot is full
🎽 Race Packet Pickup
- Pickup Instructions: Race packet pickup at Registration desk
- Packet Includes: Race Bib, Safety Pins, Info Items
- Important: Present order confirmation and ID for pickup
- Delegate Pickup: Bibs can be picked up for others with their order confirmation
🏃♀️ Course Details
- Course Type: Scenic runs through Quarry Lakes Park
- Start Times: Waves from 9.30am to 11:30am
- Additional Info: Walkers follow same course as runners
- Recommendation: Wear proper footwear and dress in layers
