This November, gear up for the Turkey Shuffle, the premiere race of our exciting new series, set against the stunning backdrop of Flat Creek Estate in the Texas Hill Country. This premier wine destination, known for its epic eighty-acre estate, offers a one-of-a-kind experience with its Tuscan-inspired tasting room, full-service restaurant, The Bistro at Flat Creek Estate, covered outdoor pavilion, working vineyard and winery, 18-hole disc golf course, walking trails, and more.

• Description: The Turkey Shuffle is the perfect way to continue your Thanksgiving festivities and work off those feast calories.
• Distances: Choose from a 1-mile jaunt, a 5k challenge, or a 10k trek through picturesque trails.

🎪 Festivities and Awards:

• DJ: DJ Sasquatch will keep you energized with the best music.
• Awards: Every runner will be recognized with age group awards celebrating your achievements.
• Costume Contest: Dress up for a chance to win a Trophy and a prize pack that includes a certificate for 2 free future races, a $40 HEB gift card, and a special Bigfoot Running Company Swag Pack.
• Wine Sampling: Adults can enjoy complimentary wine samples with an included wine coupon.

👶 Kids Dash:

For our youngest participants, the Kids Dash provides a fun sprint of approximately 50 meters, designed for children aged 10 and under.

Standard Age Group Awards for 5k & 10k:

• 1st overall M/F: Trophy
• 1st overall M/F Masters age 40+: Special recognition award lanyard pin
• 10 and under M/F: 1st Gold, 2nd Silver, 3rd Bronze award pin
• Others: Age group awards continue through 70+ M/F categories.

🕒 Event Schedule:

• 9:30-10:45am: Packet Pickup
• 10:55am: Kids Dash (Meet at the Start Line)
• 11:00am: National Anthem and Race Start!
• Results: Available at the Registration tent immediately following your finish!

Join in all the festivities you have come to expect from a Bigfoot Running Company event. Awesome medals, high energy staff, live awards, and snacks available at the race rally tent.

💡 Additional Information:

• Packet Pickup: Offered for 1.5 hours before the event start time.
• Running Surfaces: Expect mixed running surfaces including dirt paths and grass.
• Costumes: Showcase your creativity in the costume contest highlighting your Thanksgiving spirit.
• Refunds: Participants will receive a $20 refund if they refer 5 others.
