🏃‍♀️ The Cherokee Chase 5K and Fun Run

The 3rd annual Cherokee Chase – presented by Cherokee Christian Schools, is a 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run held at Etowah River Park in Canton, GA. This year we are excited to be an Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race Qualifier! We are hoping to have you join us on race day!

💰 Proceeds and Purpose

• Proceeds: Proceeds from the race will go towards the athletic department at Cherokee Christian to assist our student athletes.
• Support: The funds we raise will also go to our Galatians 6:2 Fund, which is our tuition assistance fund that supports families in need at our school.
• Raffle: Don't forget if you register for the 5K you will be entered to win one of our 5 raffle prizes which are provided by local vendors.
• Family Fun: So come out and enjoy bounce houses, vendors, and a fun family day in the sun!

⏰ Race Day Schedule

• Date: Saturday, May 3rd, 2025
• Location: Etowah River Park: 600 Brown Industrial Pkwy, Canton, GA 30114
• 6:45-7:45am: Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup
• 8:00am: 5K

8:50am – Awards/ Raffle
9:00am – Fun Run
* Please be advised, any registration after April 21st will not be guaranteed a T-shirt *

🏅 Award Info and Categories

• Top Male/Female: Top male and top female in each category will receive a plaque and gift card to Fleet Feet.
• Medals: The 1st-3rd place runners in each age group below will receive a medal:

  • 20 to 29
  • 30 to 39
  • 40 to 49
  • 50 to 59
  • 60 to 69
  • 70 and over

• Sponsorship Package: $400
• Exhibit Opportunity: Opportunity to set up an exhibit table/booth to distribute promotional items at the event.
• Benefits: 2 Free Race Registration, 2 Free T-Shirts.
