🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

2025 Resolution 5K Run/Walk

FREE and open to the Public 5K Run/Walk!
WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED via pre-registration signup, for EACH participant who will be on course, no matter the age.
*spectators do not need to sign a waiver*

⏰ Schedule Details

Start Time: SRS will start packing up race site at 9:45am.
Finish Time: Wait for any runners coming in to the finish at 10am.
Brunch: 2024 Members' Brunch at Rao's Bakery-Dowlen Rd. starts at 10:15am.

🎟️ Event Information

FREE EVENT: No event shirts, no timing, no finisher medals or race bibs.
Wristband: All registrants will receive a wristband and must wear it for the duration of the event.
Safety Alert: Free locations are not shut down for our event. Be cautious and alert for motorists.
Proper Gear: Wear proper shoes and sun protection.

💧 Hydration and Safety

Water Stops: Adequate water stop on course! Bring handheld water if needed more than 1 stop.
Pet Policy: No pets at our events - service animals always welcome.
Emergency Services: EMS/trained persons will be on standby at all of our events.
Directions: Follow the direction of any SRS volunteer.

📢 Important Guidelines

Course Conduct: Kids on foot or in stroller only. NO BIKES, SKATES, SKATEBOARDS, SCOOTERS OR ANY OTHER TOY ROLLING DEVICES on course.
Stroller Waiver: If you choose to use a stroller, please indicate that on your registration.
Email Confirmation: Be sure you receive the email confirmation from signing up within 5 minutes.
Course Safety: Keep to the RIGHT side of the course, unless you are passing someone.

🎧 Additional Recommendations

Headphones: The use of headphones/earphones is unsafe, and Sea Rim Striders actively discourages their use.
Photo Submissions: Send any photos you take at this event to include them in the final SRS pictures postings.
Membership: If you’d like to become a SEA RIMS STRIDER Member, signups are online starting 12/29/2023.

Take extra care to get, and stay hydrated. Wear proper weather protection: shoes, hat/visor, jacket, sunblock, sunglasses, etc...
