Hero Harvest is sponsored by Operation Veteran and Caregiver support. All proceeds from the race help programs offered by Operation Veteran and Caregiver support to connect, empower and transform the lives of all veterans, families, widows, and active duty in all branches.

📝 Registration Details

• Online Registration: Visit this link.
• Ages: 13+ - $25 and 5-12 - $15.
• Included: Runners/walkers will receive a race number, t-shirt, and snack at the end of the race.
• Deadline: You must be registered by September 20 to guarantee a t-shirt. Call Kayleen at 937-541-5079 for help with registration.

📦 Pre-Packet Pickup

Pre-packet pick-up will be 5-7 pm on Friday, October 3, 2025 at 987 E Ash St Suite A03 Piqua, OH 45356.

📅 Race Day Check-in

Check-in will be from 7:00-8:15 am at Lock 9 Park, 125 E Water St Piqua, OH 45356.

🏞️ Course Information

The course runs from Lock 9 south along the Great Miami River Trail. The course will be marked, and a water station will be located at the half-way mark.

🏆 Divisions & Awards

Divisions: Male and Female ages – 9 & Under, 10-14, 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & up.

Awards: Top Male/Female overall and Male/Female top three (3) finishers in each age division.

📊 Race Timing

The race timing is done by Can’t Stop Running Co. All results will be announced after the race at Lock 9 and will also be posted on our website here and cantstoprunningco.com.
