🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Course: This is the fastest ultra course we have - approachable and great for a 1st time 25/50k and/or a Personal Record!
• Series: Part of the 200k No Way! &: 300k Grand Slam!! ORRRC series
• Organizer: This race is put on by The Best Dam Volunteers In The Land (TBDVITL) of the Ohio River Road Runner’s Club, a 501(c)(3) non-profit.

• Date: Sunday, August 17, 2025
• Time: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. (Early Start 7:30 a.m.)
• Registration: Registration is limited &: Price increases June 1.
• Schedule:
  • 7 a.m. Gate Opens
  • 7:10-7:55 a.m. Packet Pickup/Check in at Lawwill Shelter
  • 7:30 a.m. Early Start *notes: You need to notify the RD/timer &: are not eligible for Overall Awards*
  • 8 a.m. 50K &: 25K Starts (all together)
  • 3 p.m. Must start the final lap, Sweepers head out
  • 4 p.m. Race ends
  • 4-5 p.m. Clean up &: Load out

📍 Location

• Venue: Englewood MetroPark (West Park Entrance) – 100 E. National Rd., Englewood, OH 45322
• Directions: From either east or west, take I-70 to the State Route 48 exit and head north on Route 48 into Englewood. DO NOT CROSS DAM (unless you are a Patty Shelter volunteer).
• Packet Pickup: Lawwill Shelter is Packet Pickup, Start/Finish &: Aid Station.
• Parking: The park gate will open at 7 a.m. Use entrance ER-5 at the intersection of National Road (US 40) and Main Street (US 48) in downtown Englewood.

🏞️ Course Information

• Loop Details: A 7.77 MILE LOOP IS RUN 4 TIMES FOR 50K or 2 TIMES FOR 25K.
• Terrain: It is a mix of trail, grass &: pavement with 471 feet of ascent, 3 waterfalls &: 3 aid station visits per loop.
• Map: MAP HERE (see left panel's lower right corner to download the .GPX or .FIT file by clicking the 3 dots)
• Loop Start: The race starts on the west side of the park.

Aid Stations

• Locations: The Lawwill shelter where you start &: finish the loop, &: the Patty Shelter where you go twice per 7.7 mile loop for a rockin’ party!
• Aid Offerings: These manned aid stations will include: water, electrolytes (no, not beer), chips, pretzels, pickles/pickle juice, PB&:J, fruit &: non-fruit sweets.

🎒 Additional Information

• Drop Bags: You may leave drop bags at the start/finish shelter or leave them in your vehicle, or you may drop them yourself at Patty Shelter.
• Pacers: Pacers are allowed with a waiver.
