🏃♂️ Newton Turkey Trot Overview

- Sign Up Early: The race sells out every year!
- Mission: We hope that the race will have something for everyone.
- Date: Join us on SUNDAY, November 24th, starting and ending at Zervas Elementary School.
- Charity Focus: Supporting the Newton Food Pantry, Centre Street Food Pantry, and Journey Forward.
📅 Event Details
- Start Times: The 1-mile family race starts at 8:30 AM, followed by the 5K at 9:00 AM.
- Course: A beautiful out-and-back USATF Certified 5K run through Newton neighborhoods.
- Parking: Limited parking available on Allen Street: the parking lot at Zervas Elementary School will be CLOSED.
- T-shirt: Participants registered by October 17th will receive an awesome Newton Turkey Trot t-shirt.
📦 Bib and T-shirt Pickup
- Pickup Times: Friday, November 22nd: 4-7 PM, Saturday, November 23rd: 12-4 PM.
- Location: Heartbreak Hill Running Company, 638 Commonwealth Ave, Newton, MA 02459.
- Discount: 20% off at Heartbreak Hill Running Company during Bib pickup through Race Day.
🏆 Awards and Prizes
- Categories: Prizes for the top 3 male and female 5K finishers in various age categories.
- Kids Run: Prize for top male and female finisher aged 12 and under in the kids fun run.
- Prohibitions: NO bikes or strollers permitted for safety.
- Dogs: If bringing your dog, please line up at the back.
🌍 Virtual Participation
- Join Virtually: Run your own course and support the Newton Turkey Trot.
- Shirt Pickup: Shirts will not be mailed: pick up during pre-race bib pickup if registered by October 17th.
