🏃♀️ Event Overview
- Registration: August 9 at 8 am @ Tri B's Coffee Shop, 241 North 4th Street.
- 5K Run/Walk: Start time: 9 am.
- 1k Kids Fun Run: Start time: 10 am.
- Purpose: Honoring Louann Burchfield and Kathy Hannan Hale, benefiting cancer patients and their families through the Sunlight Charities.
🌍 Race Details
- Route: Begins at Tri B's Coffee Shop, proceeds to River Avenue and Old Route 7 on a flat scenic route along the Ohio River.
- Post-Race: Special lotus drinks available with proceeds benefiting the Sunlight Fund.
- Remembrance Area: Honor loved ones lost to any cause and celebrate survivors.
- Social Media: Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for updates and links to follow will be in the comments.
🎉 Leisure Option
- No Pressure: Walk, jog, or simply enjoy the event at your own pace.
- Flexible Distance: Complete as much or as little of the course as you like: participation matters most.
- Community Spirit: Receive a race bib and join in the festivities, but not eligible for timed awards.
- Support: We are here to support the fight against cancer: your involvement makes a difference.
