🌿 Healthy Harvest 5K - "Run, Walk, Yoga" Event
The 2024 Heywood Healthy Harvest 5k is scheduled for Saturday, October 26, 2024 - Presented by the Heywood Wellness Committee! We invite you to join us!
Choose a timed run, brisk walk or to enjoy a 30-minute facilitated Yoga session.
Proceeds: This year's proceeds will be earmarked for the benefit of the Heywood Healthcare Caring for Colleagues and Employee Wellness Programs!

- Top Male & Female Winners: Recognition for winning race participants.
- Most Spirited Team Award: An award will be presented.
- Professional Timing: Provided by Tri-State Racing Services.
- Yoga Session: Led by MaryLee Harrington, Fitness & Yoga Instructor.

⏰ Event Timeline
- Registration: Opens by 7:45am
- Kickoff Ceremony: At 9:00am
- Feet Hit Pavement: Immediately following the ceremony
- Timed Runner Awards: At 10:00am
- Community Health Fair: 8am-11am

Adult Rate: $25
Youth Registration: Ages 7-18 yrs are $15, children 6 and under are free!
