🍂 Event Overview
Following my work with the Mahar Key Club and work within the Springfield community while a student at Springfield College the inspiration for this event arose.
🥗 Purpose and Impact
- Food Insecurity: Food insecurity is unfortunately a prevalent issue, not only in the state of Massachusetts but in our local community.
- Local Data: Data from The Greater Boston Food Bank in partnership with Mass General Brigham (2023), indicates that Western Massachusetts has the highest rate of food insecurity in the state.
- Community Effort: We hope that this holiday season our community can come together to tackle this issue.
- Charitable Contribution: Donations and proceeds from this event will be made to the Orange Food Pantry.

- Date: 2025-11-08
- Location: 507 S Main St, Orange, MA
- Format: This is a 5k event with the option to walk or run.
- Timing: Also, will be professionally timed by the Tri-State Timing Company.
